Need some suggestions to buy a new car
When buying a new car, focus on your primary needs—whether it's fuel efficiency, space for family, or daily city driving—then shortlist models that match your budget and lifestyle. Always test drive your top choices and compare after-sales service and resale value before making a decision.

hi team, currently we own a Marazzo and planning to change it for another 7 seater vehicle . 7 are adults and we have shortlisted safari pure plus AT . There is confusion due to the reliability issues with tata. could you please provide your feedback on this purchase of tata and also provide another alternate option as well for a proper 7 seater suv ? Monthly average 10 k km and budget is < 30 L .
Tata Safari is a great 7-seater SUV. Tata has been originally known had a bad reputation for reliability but over the years they have strategically improved the quality and reliability of the cars. We would also suggest that you can also consider Toyota Innova Crysta as a good option. You can also check other 7-seater SUV cars here: https://staging.autocarindia.com/cars/7-seater-cars-in-india

I want to buy a punchy powerfull car with space under 12 lakhs I am upgrading my swift dzire 2014 zdi i want more powerfull car than this one
If you're upgrading from a Swift Dzire ZDi and want a punchier, more powerful car with good space under ₹12 lakhs, consider compact SUVs like the Tata Nexon or Kia Sonet turbo-petrol variants — they offer significantly better performance and a commanding drive. These models also come with modern features, improved safety, and a noticeable upgrade in road presence and cabin space.

I’ve been using Marazzo for 5+ years and completed 125000+ KMs. I need an advice for a diesel SUV/MUV which have low maintenance cost and sensor free as I need to travel through many terrains including some flooded areas in few days a year. I don’t want a feature rich car but all basic features should be needed. My wish list : Crysta, ScorpioN, Gurkha (5 door)
Given your high usage and need for durability over features, the Toyota Innova Crysta stands out for its proven reliability, low maintenance costs, and strong after-sales support. However, if you expect tougher terrains and occasional flooding, the Scorpio-N or upcoming Gurkha 5-door may offer better ruggedness with simpler electronics.

What are a good set of tyres for dual purpose. I mainly ride on road but off road often.
For riders who mainly stay on the road but venture off-road occasionally, dual-sport tyres like the Metzeler Tourance or Michelin Anakee Adventure offer a great balance of grip, durability, and comfort. They provide confident handling on tarmac while offering enough tread and traction for light off-road trails.

I want to buy a new ev car, confused in nexon ev and be 6 base model
If you're choosing between the Nexon EV and the Mahindra BE.06 base model, consider that the Nexon EV offers proven reliability, widespread service support, and strong resale value. However, if cutting-edge design and future-forward features matter more to you, the BE.06 may offer a fresher experience but with less real-world track record.

What's worth buying new Car a compact sedan or a compact SUV? Confused between Brezza & Dzire.
If you prioritize higher ground clearance, a commanding driving position, and better road presence, the Brezza (compact SUV) is a better fit. However, if fuel efficiency, a smoother city ride, and a lower price point matter more, the Dzire (compact sedan) is the smarter choice.

"Hey, I'm torn between the kushaq AT 1.0 TSI and kushaq AT 1.5 TSI engines. My daily commute is about 15 km, mostly on city roads with light traffic. Which engine would be more suitable for my needs? Should I prioritize fuel efficiency or performance?"plzzzz help
For your daily 15 km city commute with light traffic, the 1.0 TSI AT is the more practical choice, offering better fuel efficiency and lower running costs. However, if you occasionally enjoy spirited driving or plan highway trips, the 1.5 TSI adds noticeable performance and refinement worth considering.

I have a 2013 Hyundai i20 Magna (O). The issue I am facing is that its mileage is very low. Mostly I drive within the city and though there are frequent stoppages due to traffic lights but there is no bumper to bumper traffic. Yet I never get more than 10 kpl. The car is in excellent condition. It has done 45000 km in 12 years. Servicing is done regularl from Hyundai service station. Tyre pressure is maintained according to manufacturer's specification. I don't overspeed. Then what is wrong? [S
Even with regular servicing and good driving habits, a 12-year-old car with limited usage (just 45,000 km) may suffer from age-related wear in components like the fuel injectors, oxygen sensor, or catalytic converter, which can quietly impact fuel efficiency. It's worth having a diagnostic scan done and checking for carbon buildup or sensor degradation that may not trigger a warning light but still affect mileage.
