The Verito Vibe might look like a hatchback but it’s actually got a sedan-like boot lid. Unfortunately, the Verito boot’s tiny aperture makes it hard to load and unload luggage. The cabin is simple in look and doesn’t get much by way of creature comforts. Like the Verito sedan, the Vibe does offer fair comfort.
The Vibe’s 65hp, 1.5-litre diesel engine isn’t strong but it delivers reasonable performance and is surprisingly comfortable in stop-go urban environs. A pleasant suspension and tidy handling also work in the Vibe’s favour.
