Jaguar XF Review

The latest XF is elegant and the long bonnet and high boot stance works well. It’s pleasant on the inside as well but you can’t call the cabin cutting edge in look. And if you are familiar with like-priced German sedans, you’ll also find material quality a notch down in the XF. The XF does score well on seat comfort. The front seats are large and accommodating, and the rear seats feel rich too. If anything, the rear backrest is a touch upright and taller occupants might find headroom limited.
The Jaguar XF diesel sounds a bit grumbly but performance is fair. Really, it’s the petrol engine XFs that are far more likeable. The petrol engines aren’t the quietest but there’s a good spread of power and performance is strong too. The XF is enjoyable to drive on a twisty road and high speed manners, in general, are very good. On the flip side, in average city driving scenarios, the suspension can’t completely iron out the larger bumps.
