Honda Jazz Elegant Collection gets new front styling and dual tone paint schemes.

The 2019 Tokyo Auto Salon is right around the corner and Honda is gearing up to show-off a new Jazz, which is supposed to appeal to female buyers. It will be offered in a variety of colour options; for example with a blue-coloured roof and gold trim on the exterior.

The Honda Jazz Elegant Concept (sold as the Fit in some markets) is also generously equipped with features like a multi-functional centre console, auto on-off headlights, LED taillights, rear-view camera and Bluetooth as standard. Additionally, the model will also get a revised front bumper and grille.

There is no news of Honda bringing this model to India at the moment. We do have the standard Jazz with a 90hp, 1.2-litre petrol and the 100hp, 1.5-litre diesel engine, which was updated recently. The former model gets a 5-speed manual as standard and a CVT automatic as an option, while the latter is mated to a 6-speed manual only.

The 2019 Tokyo Auto Salon will be held at the Makuhari Messe in Japan from January 11 to 13, and Japan’s top automakers will be showing off their customised models.

Honda has already begun testing the next-gen Jazz hatchback that will see a global unveil sometime around end of 2019.
