The Xcent gets a factory-fitted CNG kit and Speed Limiting Function; available in two trims – T and T+.

Hyundai has introduced the Xcent Prime with factory-fitted CNG in two trims T and T+, priced at Rs 5.93 lakh and Rs 6.13 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) respectively.

The CNG Xcent Prime also comes with factory-fitted SLF (Speed Limiting Function), which would help owners control the maximum speeds of their cars. The use of a factory-fitted CNG kit means that the registration and financing process will be easier, in addition to the registration tax benefit that is offered in select areas.

The Prime is essentially a pre-facelift Xcent for commercial purposes. To keep costs low, it loses out on many features even when compared to the base variant of the new Xcent. The sedan misses out on central locking, front power windows, full wheel caps, blackened pillars and a cooled glovebox. It, however, gets a new cloth/rexine seat combination.

Hyundai is offering the new Xcent Prime CNG with a warranty of 1 lakh km/3 years.
