Hyundai India has begun its door-to-door service package, called ‘Door-Step Advantage’, by utilising over 500 two-wheelers to service 475 locations all over India. The Korean brand states this move will help reinforce its after-sales motto, which is ‘Right Here, Right Care’.

The ‘Door-Step Advantage’ offers services like minor repairs, dry wash, and car detailing (interior and exterior) at the customer’s location. The service also allows customers to book the service and pay for it online, increasing the convenience factor.

Speaking about the success of this initiative, S. Punnaivanam, VP - National Service, Hyundai Motor India Ltd. said, “Hyundai is a caring brand and as a lifetime partner and beyond, Hyundai has always emphasised on best service support for its customers. The Door-Step Advantage makes the entire service experience fast, seamless & hassle-free strengthening customer trust.”

As a testament to its service quality, Hyundai has managed to retain its number 1 position in the J D Power CSI for two consecutive years – 2017 and 2018 – among Mass Market Brands.
