Special-edition Honda BR-V gets additional features; top-spec diesel priced at Rs 13.74 lakh.

Honda has introduced a special-edition model of its BR-V SUV, called Style Edition, in the Indian market and priced it at Rs 10.44 lakh for the S MT petrol variant, and going up to Rs 13.74 lakh for the VX MT diesel trim.

The BR-V Style Edition option is available on all variants and gets additional equipment like a front bumper guard, a tailgate spoiler, body-side mouldings and bumper protectors at the front and back.

The Honda BR-V Style Edition is available with a 1.5-litre petrol and a 1.5-litre diesel engine. While the diesel engine is only available with a six-speed manual gearbox, the petrol motor also gets a CVT automatic option, along with standard manual transmission.

The BR-V is a seven-seat SUV alternative to the likes of the Creta, Captur and the Terrano. The model isn’t really doing well in the market and, in order to push sales, Honda will be looking to attract more customers with the Style Edition.

Additionally, the company is working on an India launch of the new CR-V SUV and had also introduced the refreshed Jazz hatchback in the Indian market last month.

Honda BR-V Style Edition pricing (ex-showroom, Delhi)

    • S MT Style (i-VTEC) – Rs 10.44 lakh
    • V MT Style (i-VTEC) – Rs 11.59 lakh
    • VX MT Style (i-VTEC) – Rs 12.63 lakh
    • V CVT Style (i-VTEC) – Rs 12.77 lakh
