Along with the extended warranty, Datsun also offers road-side assistance and free pick-up and drop for service across its India line-up.

Datsun has been in India for half a decade now but the company hasn’t met the expectations of its parent brand Nissan. However, Datsun hasn’t given up and is still making efforts to push sales. The company in India is the first to provide a five year unlimited kilometre extended warranty across its entire product range, which currently includes the Redigo, Go and Go+. The warranty has been on offer from July 1, 2018.

The new warranty scheme is a part of Datsun’s ‘Peace of Mind’ comprehensive service package, which other than the extended warranty, also includes 24x7 roadside assistance, free insurance and free pick-up and drop facilities during service. Additionally, Datsun is also offering a special scheme for government employees that are currently employed and those who have retired. However, the package is only applicable for new car owners.

Though the company hasn’t confirmed it as yet, the above mentioned services will likely make their way to the facelifts for the Datsun Go and the Go+, which are scheduled to launch in September this year.
