    TVS announces Mexico operations via Torino Motors

    The Indian brand will sell its two-wheelers in Mexico in partnership with Torino Motors.

    TVS Motor Company has announced that it will start operations in Mexico. The Housur-based two-wheeler giant has partnered with Torino Motors, a subsidiary of Groupo Autofin.

    Torino Motors will be the official distributor for the TVS brand in Mexico. In the first year of association, Torino Motors will work with TVS to open 40 dealerships across the Central American nation. Torino Motors will distribute the following TVS two-wheelers in Mexico – the entire TVS Apache range including the flagship Apache RR 310, TVS XL100 HD, TVS HLX 150 (150cc commuter), TVS Stryker (125cc commuter) and step-through offerings such as the TVS Rockz and Neo. The TVS Ntorq 125 and the Wego scooter will also go on sale in Mexico.

    TVS is already present in over 60 countries and is among the leading two- and three-wheeler exporters in India.
