The fully faired version of the Gixxer looks more closely related to the Hayabusa sports tourer.
The single-piece clamp for the handlebar is new. However, Suzuki would have done well to set the handlebar lower for a more sporty riding position on the SF.
The Suzuki logo on the key now gets chrome finish.
There's now a geometric design for the end cap of the twin-port exhaust.
Suzuki says the new fairing improves aerodynamic efficiency for better downforce. The SF also has a more front weight bias as the new attire adds more weight to the front.
The fully faired SF carries over the chassis and engine unchanged from the standard bike.
